When you pack boxes in 533 square feet of space, there’s no real place to put anything. We’ve had so little space that a lot of our stuff has stayed in boxes the whole time we’ve lived here. All four months.

This is the fourth time I’ve moved in just over three years. It’s the fifth time for Dave. We gather no moss.

Tomorrow is the big day. I feel prepared and unprepared at the same time. Tomorrow, I drive a 15 foot truck through the streets of Portland.

Wish us luck.

  1. We’ll miss you!

  2. Meredith says

How much of your boxed stuff made it over before the big move day?

  3. LUCK!!
drive slow, you’ll be fine. you are bigger than everyone else, so they might try you but no one will actually take you on. give yourself plenty of time to stop though…

  4. I’m moving (somewhere else in the city, don’t know where yet) again this summer. Ai yi yi, here we go again. I feel your pain.

  5. Wish I could be there to help. No, really! Take it easy you two.
